Refund & Return Policy

At Aarvi Product every order is checked before dispatch. If something is wrong with your order, we will help you sort it out as described below.

When We Accept a Return or Replacement

• Products received damaged or broken in transit.
• Products with a manufacturing defect.
• Wrong product, size or quantity supplied compared with the confirmed order.

When a Return Is Not Accepted

• Products that have been used, washed, damaged by the buyer or not stored properly.
• Small colour or shade differences from photos, which are normal between production batches.
• Custom or made-to-order items, except for manufacturing defects.
• Change of mind after dispatch, unless agreed by us in writing.

How to Report a Problem

1. Inform us on WhatsApp at +91-9712597117 within 48 hours of delivery.
2. Share your invoice number, clear photos or a short video of the product and packing, and the quantity affected.
3. Keep the products and original packing until we confirm the next step.

Replacement or Refund

• After checking, we will either send a replacement or issue a credit note / refund for the affected quantity.
• Approved refunds are made to the original payment method or by bank transfer, usually within 7–10 working days after approval.
• Return freight for products found defective or wrongly supplied is borne by us. In other approved cases return freight is paid by the buyer.

Order Cancellation

An order can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us. If production for a custom order has already started, cancellation may not be possible or a part of the advance may be adjusted against the work done.
