These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of this website and to all enquiries and orders placed with Aarvi Product, Rajkot, Gujarat. By using the website or placing an order you accept these terms.

Products and Information

We manufacture and supply household and kitchen utility products such as fridge containers, food storage sets, lunch boxes, jewellery boxes, toothbrush holders, soap boxes, dustbins and storage racks.
Product photos are for reference. Actual colour, shade and finish may vary slightly due to lighting, screen settings and production batches.
Product designs, sizes and specifications may change without prior notice as we improve our range.

Quotations and Prices

Prices are shared on enquiry and depend on product, quantity, packing and delivery location.
Quotations are valid for the period mentioned in the quotation. Prices are exclusive of GST and freight unless clearly stated.

Orders and Payment

An order is confirmed only after we accept it in writing (WhatsApp, email or invoice) and receive the agreed advance or payment.
Payment terms, minimum order quantity and dispatch time are confirmed at the time of order.
A GST invoice is issued for every order.

Delivery

Delivery is made as per our Shipping Policy. Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by transport, weather or other reasons outside our control.

Returns and Refunds

Returns, replacements and refunds are handled as per our Refund & Return Policy.

Use of the Website

All content on this website — text, photos, logo and design — belongs to Aarvi Product and may not be copied or used without our written permission.
You agree not to misuse the website or submit false information through our forms.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the value of the products supplied in that order. We are not responsible for indirect losses or for damage caused by misuse, improper handling or use of products for purposes they are not meant for.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Rajkot, Gujarat.
